Figure 6 Quantitative Measurement of Perfusion in Mouse Hind Limbs After AdVEGF Gene Therapy
The AdVEGF (n = 6) increases perfusion by 2.7- and 2.5-fold in the thigh and calf muscles, respectively, 6 days after gene transfer. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01 versus AdLacZ (n = 6).
