(A and B) A 50-mm, 10-zig, covered Cheatham-Platinum stent mounted on a 28 × 60-mm balloon-in-balloon catheter was positioned in the SVC; angiography before (A) and after (B) sheath withdrawal. (C) The inner balloon was inflated and the stent position confirmed. (D) After outer balloon inflation, the stent opposition to the wall was verified by angiography through the SVC sheath. (E to G) Patency of the SVC (E) (Online Video 8) and PVs to LA in AP and LAO views (F and G) (Online Videos 9 and 10) was confirmed by angiography after complete deflation of the balloon. (H) In patient 3, the stent was flared at the level of the RA to ensure full closure of the SVASD (Online Video 11). (I to L) Transesophageal echocardiogram images show no residual SVASD and laminar SVC and PV flow (Online Videos 12 and 13): PVs to LA (white arrow) and SVC (stent highlighted by dashed lines in I and J). Abbreviations as in Figure 1.
