The relationships between polarization properties and clinical and optical frequency domain imaging parameters were determined by unadjusted generalized linear model using a generalized estimating equation to take into consideration the intrasubject correlations among multiple cross-sectional images from individual patients. Beta values and 95% CIs for birefringence are given in units of ×10−3.
CI = confidence interval; and other abbreviations as in Tables 1 and 2.
